An essential role in day-to-day work/process of basic office functions
[Job Description]
Main tasks:
1. Responsible for office admin,affairs and office regulation implementation;
2. Responsible for handling the reception work to the clients;
3. Communicate and handle affairs related to public services,government authority,etc.;
4. Manage and maintain essential office documents,office facility,fixed assets like cars;
5. Responsible for translation works if needed;
6. Purchase of petty supplies and minor services;
7. Assisting other employees with various administrative matters like expense reimbursement,travel arrangement,and etc.
8. Other job task assigned by the manager
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for office admin -30%;
2.Customer reception -20%;
3.Managing  and  maintenance  of  fixed assets -20%;

Job Requirements

1.No less than 2 years working experience;
2.Bachelor’s degree;
3.Good command of both Serbian and English in written and oral;
4.Fluent in operation of computer including MS Office;
